COVID-HSA: Health and Safety Acknowledgement

• HSA to be signed and initialed by all parties prior to all showings
• HSA to be signed and initialed for every home to be visited in-person
• ALL parties must sign HSA or showing is denied

COVID-PAN: Property Access Notice

Notice to persons entering any property:

• Hand Sanitizer before entering the property
• Masks, gloves, shoe coverings
• Appointment only
• 2 people (including Realtor®)
• Social distancing
• Sanitize doorknobs, lock boxes & keys
• Follow HOA / Condo Rules for common areas
• Property owner may provide additional instructions
