The Consumer Notice

Provided by the State of Pennsylvania

When meeting a Real Estate Agent for the first time... you MUST be provided and WILL be asked to sign that you have received the Consumer Notice.

This Is A Pennsylvania State Law

If you meet 5 agents you will need to sign one for each agent.

 * The only exception is when you view an open house.

The notice describes the differences between Buyer Agents and Seller Agents and the choices that are available to you. Buyer Agents help home buyers to purchase a home for the best price and terms. They work for the buyer, not the seller. The consumer notice is provided by the State of Pennsylvania to educate the public, it is not a contract.
